2.4 If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, or any subsequent amendments, you must immediately cease using the 365beat platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 365beat, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 365beat or any of its affiliated entities;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with 365beat or any other gaming operator;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have not previously had a 365beat account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 365beat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3.3 If 365beat determines that a Player is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all transactions will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any winnings generated during the period of underage use.

4.1 To access real-money gaming on 365beat, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

4.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 365beat platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 365beat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.4 You must notify 365beat immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Contact our 24/7 support team via live chat to report any security concerns.

4.5 365beat reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or at any other time deemed appropriate. Players must cooperate fully with all KYC requests and provide requested documentation promptly.

5.1 365beat accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific limits may vary by payment method.

5.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

5.3 Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. 365beat reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Withdrawals are subject to the completion of all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds. Real-money balances that are not subject to wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification.

5.5 365beat does not accept or process payments involving cryptocurrency of any kind. Any attempt to deposit using cryptocurrency will be rejected and the funds returned where technically feasible.

5.6 Processing times for withdrawals are indicative only and may vary depending on the payment method, verification status, and volume of requests. 365beat will make reasonable efforts to process withdrawal requests promptly.

6.1 365beat offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion.

6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details.

6.3 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting promotional terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account suspended.

6.4 365beat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a Player's account and are subject to active wagering will be honored in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of crediting.

6.5 Bonuses have an expiry period as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.

7.1 All games available on the 365beat platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the system.

7.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 365beat will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, 365beat cannot guarantee the continuation of any game session interrupted by technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

7.3 Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing any game session. 365beat will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of a Player's connectivity issues.

7.4 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on 365beat's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative and final.

7.5 365beat reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or any other circumstance that has materially affected the integrity of the game outcome.

Players must not engage in any of the following conduct while using the 365beat platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Registering or operating more than one account on the 365beat platform;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud or payment fraud;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 365beat staff or other Players in any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 365beat platform or its underlying software.

9.1 All content on the 365beat platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of 365beat or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 365beat platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content.

9.3 The 365beat name, logo, and all associated branding elements are trademarks of 365beat. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

10.1 365beat collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 365beat implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect Player data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

10.3 365beat may be required to disclose Player information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by applicable Philippine law or court order.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 365beat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.

11.2 365beat's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 365beat does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 365beat's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12.1 365beat reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 365beat reasonably believes that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

12.2 Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, 365beat reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money and bonus funds, where such forfeiture is warranted by the nature of the breach.

12.3 Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 365beat's support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12.4 Players who wish to self-exclude from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so by contacting support or using the self-exclusion tools available in their account settings. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and the account will be suspended for the requested period.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 365beat's internal dispute resolution process. 13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through 365beat's internal process, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.4 Online gaming in the Philippines is regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may seek recourse through the appropriate regulatory channels.

14.1 365beat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 365beat will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification.
